Felix and Samira are the most professional, personable, kind and helpful people that I have EVER encountered in this field of business. Having been a home owner over 20 years and owned multiple cars throughout the years, I've come to understand "insurance" through different carriers and agents. The level of SERVICE Felix and Samira provide is by far the best I've experienced...especially through stressful times when having to file a claim.

My Mom asked me to post this on her behalf regarding the excellent service she has received thus far after changing her Nationwide Agency to the Felix Chavez agency in Round Rock. Her first in person encounter was with Samira and Brian was during Thanksgiving week. She went to their office around closing time without an appointment. Samira and Brian stayed late to get the information regarding her policies so that she could transfer agencies. After the new year my she wrote to Samira during the time that Samira was out of the office. My mom couldn’t believe that Samira responded to the email by 10 am the morning she returned to the office!!My mom is very impressed so far with the curtesy and attention that the Felix Chavez agency gives to their clients.

We have been with Nationwide since my parents purchased their first home in 1997. The thought of switching over to another insurance has never crossed our minds because of the great benefits and affordability our policy offers. However, I can wholeheartedly say that Felix and Bryan are part of the primary reason we have stayed with Nationwide for so many years. They have always been our greatest support system not only with insurance purposes but also with our personal growth and success. The humility and respect they show to every client is unlike any other. There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the amazing job they do. 10/10 highly recommend Felix as your Nationwide Insurance agent!

This is a great team to work with! They got me set up with car insurance quickly and made switching insurance a painless process when I got a new vehicle. My agent - Bryan Raesz - is always quick to respond, personable, and has my best interests at heart. Working with him has made my life significantly easier because I can depend on him to pass along information about insurance rates and count on him to do all the research without getting into the nitty gritty myself.I used to dread dealing with insurance companies and finding the best rate. Working with Bryan has taken all of the stress of dealing with the hassle because he does it himself and clearly communicates his recommendations.

I would recommend this agency to anyone I know!

I called into this agency a few months ago as I was shopping prices for car insurance. I spoke with Delaney who was very kind and helpful. She took time to explain coverages to me. I noticed other companies did not take the time to explaine the quote in depth to me. I also had additional questions down the road and she was quick to respond to my emails. Thank you

As a new car owner I was extremely nervous to purchase car insurance on my own. Delanie Kaiser made my first time buying car insurance extremely easy. Because we are around the same age she was able to speak to me in a non intimidating way, using language I understood. I am extremely grateful she was my agent and I look forward to working with her in the future!

Felix Chavez Agency has been one of the best experiences that I have had in a very long time, I had to come back home to Austin due to Health issues. it seemed easy tell my local Nationwide Agency I was moving out of State and that would be that/Well I must say when I got here I was quite nervous as I had been with Nationwide in SC for over 18 years, thinking am I gonna get the best rate are they gonna be personable, well to my surprise from the first call to switch over my Insurance to Texas I opted for the Felix Chavez Agency, WOW is all I can say.Himelda Becerra the Office Manager has been there with me all the way, making additional phone calls to me to make sure that all things were ok, from 2013 when I signed up I have had many changes and they have met them all, Himelda has been so very personnel and professional with me, I have know added additional Renters Insurance. If you are looking for award winning Customer service in an Insurance Provider, look nknow further, the Felix Chavez Agency is it, I highly recommend them, They get 5 ***** from me.Thank you to all the members of the Felix Chavez Agency for always thinking Customer First.
