I grew up in South Texas in the city of McAllen and later fell in love with the Austin area while attending college. Today, I am proudly based in Hutto, Texas, where I live, work, and serve the community I call home. I provide personalized insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Hutto, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Austin, and the surrounding Central Texas area. My connection to this community goes far beyond insurance, as I currently serve as an elected Board of Trustee for Hutto ISD, hold a Master Trustee Designation as a graduate of Leadership TASB, Class of 2024, and was recently appointed to the TASB Risk Management Fund. I also serve as an Ambassador with the Hutto Chamber, allowing me to stay closely connected to local families and business owners.
I began my career in the insurance industry in 2000 as an Urban Agent with Nationwide Insurance, where I built and grew an agency focused on auto insurance, home insurance, business and commercial insurance, life insurance, and financial services. Today, our agency operates as an independent insurance agency, which means our loyalty is to our clients, not a single insurance carrier. This independence allows me to compare coverage options from multiple top-rated insurance companies and deliver the best possible protection for Texas families and businesses, with a strong focus on long-term security and personalized service.
I am licensed in Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life insurance, which allows me to support clients across a wide range of personal and commercial insurance needs. I enjoy working with families, business owners, and entrepreneurs, especially when I can help them uncover coverage options and protection strategies they did not realize were available. Business insurance and life insurance planning are areas I am particularly passionate about, because the right coverage can protect not only what clients have built, but also what they are still working toward.
What I enjoy most about my work is seeing our team become true experts in the insurance field while building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Many families and businesses have trusted our agency with their insurance needs for more than 20 years, and those relationships are something I value deeply. Serving the communities of Hutto, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and the surrounding Central Texas area has been a constant throughout my career, and I take pride in being a trusted local insurance advisor.
Community involvement has always been an important part of my life. I served on the board of the Hutto Resource Center for six years, including one term as President. The organization operates as a food pantry and support resource for local families, providing food services, encouragement, and stability during challenging times. Giving back to the community I serve is a responsibility I take seriously and one that continues to shape my approach to both business and leadership.
When I am not working with clients, you can usually find me traveling or spending time on the golf course. Golf is a passion of mine because it reflects many of the same lessons found in life and business, from strategy and patience to adapting to changing conditions and always striving to improve.
