Hi, my name is Jay! I was born in Round Rock, Texas, but I was raised in a small town called Elgin. I am currently working on getting my bachelor’s degree – which I am immensely grateful for my parents’ hard work. Helping people get the best possible protection for themselves and their property is one of the many reasons I love doing what I do! I’m a big fan of superhero stuff, cars, and motorcycles! Some of my day-to-day activities are hanging out with my friends and family, enjoying time with my cats, doing puzzles, and reading books. When I have free time, I like to play soccer or drive around with my friends, listening to some good music. As well as getting some good food!

My Mom asked me to post this on her behalf regarding the excellent service she has received thus far after changing her Nationwide Agency to the Felix Chavez agency in Round Rock.Her first in person encounter was with Samira and Brian was during Thanksgiving week. She went to their office around closing time without an appointment. Samira and Brian stayed late to get the information regarding her policies so that she could transfer agencies.After the new year my she wrote to Samira during the time that Samira was out of the office.
